We're Levi the Great Dane and Leia the Great Dane X. We might seem intimidating but we're super friendly! Levi is a blue merle mantle monster puppy and Leia is a Harlequin sweetheart. Living in the Bay Area, CA, we spend our days jumping around our backyard, trying new treats and destroying stuffed toys! Some of our favorite things in the world include strawberries, baths (only Levi), anything that squeaks and afternoon naps. Living in our forever home for the past few months, we've both developed a rather goofy personality. With Levi's funny walk and Leia's welcoming smile, we're the am the friendliest pair of pups you'll meet!

Great Dane Paw Soak

Levi has follicular dermatitis and a yeast infection on his paws. He needs his daily paw soaks to help soothe the irritation. Both Leia & Levi get their paws rubbed with Musher 1-2 times a week. Musher is a blend of 100% pure natural waxes (including White and Yellow Beeswax, Carnauba, and Candelilla Wax) and White & vegetable oils with vitamin E. We used to use it during the winter to protect their paws from snow and salt but now use it for protection from hot pavements. Shower Day for Leia & Levi

Levi getting to do one of his favorite things in the world... Jump in the shower and get clean! From the young age of just 2 months old, Levi has been jumping into tubs, lakes, rivers, and the ocean any chance he gets. He loves water and definitely does not mind showers at all! Leia, on the other hand, doesn't love getting in the shower. We think during her time at a shelter she may not have had some great experiences while getting cleaned up and that may be why.
